Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time but it is something we look forward to adding in the future.

Typically, the package is sent back to the return address. However, the packages are sometimes not returned to the sender. In the event that the package does come back to us then we'll contact you for an updated address. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original.

Of course! You may purchase giftcards here. To redeem them you just do so at checkout. If you have any problems using a giftcard please contact customer service for assistance at (972) 961-4698.

If items that you order are out of stock, don't worry! We'll have it back shortly. We want to make sure our customers can purchase the products that they love so we will have them available as soon as possible!

For the security and safety of customer information, we currently us Paypal for all business transactions. Paypal will allow you to pay directly from checking account, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover cards.

Man Made Athlete Shipping FAQ

Our products are packaged based on dimension requirements to ensure maximum protection. All clothes are double-bagged to ensure clean, untouched products.

If your product is lost in transit, no worries! We will repring it and resend it once the estimated delivery time has been exceeded at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information says it's been delivered- unfortunately, we cannot take responsiblity.

Yes! Contact our customer service team within 24 business hours and we will upgrade your shipping speed for you.

Your order's tracking information will be in the confirmation emails that we send you. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for that tracking number to take into effect and show the tracking information.

We do offer international shipping.

For international orders without specification, the mo affordable option is to be sent out via International Economy Shipping WITHOUT tracking. Since the package has no international tracking available, it does not get scanned in each warehouse and location it arrives at, which makes it more prone to being lost in transit.

The next most affordable carrier is most likely going to be International Economy WITH tracking. It has tracking available, which means it can be traced and is not likely to get lost.

If your packages ever do get lost in transit, we take full responsibility and either refund you or send out a new product.

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned. In the event that it is sent back to us, you will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility. You will also be contacted to see how you would like to proceed and provide us with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

Your order has been sent; however, it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS system.

We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to info.manmadeathlete@gmail.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, biodegradable, 100% virgin polyethylene film, FDA and USDA compliant.




Man Made Athlete Returns FAQ

You can report problems with an order to our customer service team via email:info.manmadeathlete@gmail.com. Be aware that Man Made Athlete may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location at your address. We advise that you reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Man Made Athlete will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.

In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but you report you have yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to your address.

We currently use PayPal for all our our secure business transactions. Paypal allows payments directly via PayPal accounts or by credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard and more.

Yes. Man Made Athlete does not receive any of your credit card information at any point during your purchase.
